Instructions for the Presenters

発表者へのご案内／For Presenters

  • 発表会場ではプロジェクターとスピーカーをお使いいただけます。ご発表でプロジェクターに投影される方は、 必ずご自分のパソコン、もしくはタブレットの持ち込みをお願いいたします。 また、接続に問題があった時の為にUSBでもご発表のファイルをお持ちください。
  • At the presentation venue, you can use a projector and speakers. If you plan to project onto the projector during your presentation, please be sure to bring your own computer or tablet. Also, in case there are any connectivity issues, please have your presentation files on a USB drive as well.

 

  • 会場ではHDMIかUSB-Cでの接続が可能です。この形状以外の変換ケーブルが必要な機種をご使用の方は変換コネクタを必ずご持参ください。
  • At the venue, you can connect your device via HDMI or USB-C. If your device requires a different type of connector, please be sure to bring an appropriate adapter.

 

  • ご発表のセクションの直前の休憩時間の間に会場にてパソコンの接続テストを行って下さい。 午後2:15からのセクションの発表者の方は午後2:00〜2:15の間に接続テストをお願いいたします。
  • Please test your computer connection at the venue during the break immediately before your presentation session. Presenters for the session starting at 2:15 p.m. are kindly asked to test their connection between 2:00 and 2:15 p.m.

 

  • 会場近くに資料を印刷できるお店はございません。ご発表の際に配布物や発表用原稿のハードコピー等が必要な場合は、予めご自身で印刷したものをご持参ください。
  • There are no printing shops near the venue. If you need handouts or a hard copy of the presentation manuscript for your presentation, please print them out in advance and bring them with you.

 

ポスター発表者へのご案内／For Poster Presenters

  • ポスター発表では縦横４フィート（122cm x 122cm）の大きさのポスターボードを使用しポスター発表をお願いしております。当日は会場でボードを一つお選びください。ボードはどのように使用して頂いても構いません。
  • We’ll be providing 4’x4’ square poster boards to display your posters.  When you arrive on the day of your poster session, please choose any poster board that has not yet been claimed and set up your poster on it in any way you like.

 

  • また、大変恐縮ではございますが、ポスターを貼るための押しピンやセロハンテープなどはこちらでご用意できかねますので、各自必要な物をお持ちいただきますようお願い致します。
  • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide enough push pins and tape for everyone to set up their posters, so while we apologize for the inconvenience, we ask that you bring your own hanging materials with you.

 

  • 午前9時15分までにポスターの準備をして頂くようお願い致します。
  • Please set up your poster by 9:15am.

 

  • ポスターをお持ち帰りの方は、当日の午後6時までにポスターをお剥がしください。午後6時以降に、会場にポスターが残っていた場合は、こちらで処分させて頂きますので、ご了承下さい。
  • Please retrieve your poster by 6pm if you wish to take them home.  We will remove all the posters after 6pm.
