Wi-Fiについて／Wi-Fi 

• Eduroamが使えるメールアカウントをお持ちの方は、Eduroamが使用できます。Eduroamが使用できない場合は、訪問者用のWi-Fi(PUvisitor)をご利用ください。
• Faculty, students and staff visiting from other institutions participating in Eduroam can use the Eduroam network for their primary wireless network. Otherwise, please use the Visitor Wireless (PUvisitor).  

お食事の場所／Dining and Refreshments

• 朝食、昼食休憩時間のお飲み物等は、マクドネル・ホールのブラッシュ・ギャラリー（Aレベル）にてご用意いたします。
• Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be served at Brush Gallery, in McDonnell Hall  (Level A).

紀伊國屋書店ブース／Kinokuniya Bookstore Booth

• 今年は諸般の事情により、紀伊國屋書店様の販売ブースの出展はございません。
• Due to various circumstances, there will be no sales booth by Kinokuniya Bookstore this year.

記念撮影について／Group Photo after the Conference 

• 閉会式の後、記念写真を撮影し、後日当フォーラムのウェブサイトに掲載いたします。
• Please assemble for the group photo after the closing remark.  The photos will be posted on our website at a later date.

基調講演の録画について／Keynote Address Video Recording 

• 基調講演をビデオ録画し、後日インターネットで配信いたします。尚、ビデオ撮影は講演者のみで観客席は撮影いたしません。
• Please be aware that the keynote addresses will be video-recorded and broadcast over the Internet at a later date. The cameras will be set up to film only the speakers; the audience will not appear in the recording.
